Why vote for a nonpolitician?

There has been a trend of nonpoliticians running for office as of late. Some believe that this is because people are becoming increasingly dissatisfied with traditional politicians and their policies. Others believe that nonpoliticians are simply seen as more trustworthy and authentic. Still, others might believe that electing a nonpolitician would be a way to shake things up and bring about needed change. Whatever the reason, it is clear that nonpoliticians are having success in winning elections.
Every year we are told by career politicians that if you elect them, they will do your bidding and bring change. After 30 years of these broken promises, the electorate has had enough of these idle promises. It's time for someone who couldn't care less about politicians and their careers.
I am running for the Little Egg Harbor for these reasons, and much more. Over the years I have seen our schools and facilities deteriorate while elected candidates swear that they are doing what's best for the community, and all too often that is not the case. I am tired of the nonsense and the double-speak of these elected officials and want to bring serious change to the process. We have politicians who count on the disenfranchisement of the electorate to bolster their agendas.
During this upcoming election, please, don't throw away your vote by voting down the ballot. There are a few reasons why someone might vote down the ballot. Maybe they are only interested in the national and state races and don't care about the rest. Or maybe they don't like any of the candidates running for other offices. Or maybe they don't know enough about the other races to make an informed decision.
We have an alternative to this nonsense, please vote for Candidate 5 Jonathan B Jones this coming November 8th for Little Egg Harbor BOE, and give me a chance to clean things up and make everyone's future a little brighter.
